 We will not set up our castles in rain or windy conditions. We will not charge you for cancellation due to the weather.

All Castles need to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. If you are hiring a castle for an event or wedding we can "man" the castle for you. There is a charge involved so please contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a quote on 01392 201749.

Please note:

The sizes stated are the sizes of the bouncy castles, when measuring your garden to see if the castle will fit please allow an extra 2-4 foot on the width of the castle and an extra 4-6 foot on the length of the castle. This is for the fans at the rear of the castle, the safety mats and access around the sides of the castles. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us on 01392 201749 to discuss.

Our 12 x 12ft and 12 x 14ft castles are only suitable for children under the age of 12.  Overnight Hires are only available on the Juke Box Castle and have an additional charge of £50. We also require a security deposit of £100.
Children's safety is extremely important to us, as is the state of our castle.We reserve the right to refuse to erect the castle for the following reasons:

                                       * If we believe it would be unsafe to do so. 
                                       * If the area for the castle to be erected in has dog/cat dirt on the ground.
                                       * We feel that by leaving the castle there is a possibility of it being damaged.
                                       * If payment has not been made.
